Ceboa's Article Manager is a wiki-like editor and designed for personal information reference. Articles are similar to common word processor files but much easier to use and oriented for display via a web browser. Articles can contain embedded files, images, video, audio, and other articles for easy information access. Articles can be grouped together, essentially becoming chapters in a book.

The Article Manager supports creative thinking by providing a common resource for notes and ideas, brainstorming material, lists of ideas, thoughts, and opinions, issues and white papers, solutions, techniques, process patterns, and historical sources.

A powerful feature of Ceboa's Article Manager is that you can choose make some of your articles available for public consumption. Thus, without having to log into Ceboa, your friends and family can gain the benefit of the information contained in one of your articles either by placing a link to that article on your your personal web site, or, simply e-mailing the article report link. This feature enables you to update your articles with the latest information without having to resend the link or republish the page to your web site.
