Ceboa® takes your privacy very seriously. What Customer Information is collected?
Customer Information is requested whenever you choose to use Ceboa® services. The type of Customer Information we request has to do specifically with the type of services and options you are using. When you complete a subscription purchase from Ceboa® we will ask you to provide billing and payment information.


How do we use Customer Information?
Our primary use of customer information is for accounting purposes. In addition, we use your email address to inform you of Ceboa® improvements, feature announcements, and newsletters. Only Ceboa® (or agents working on behalf of Ceboa® under confidentiality agreements) will send you these mailings for these purposes.


Is Customer Information shared?
Ceboa® shares Customer Information with credit card authorization companies for subscriptions and other purchases. Your Customer Information is provided to these third parties solely for the purpose of providing you the services you request at the time that you request them. Third party intermediaries do not store, retain, access or otherwise use your Customer Information other than as necessary to provide you with the Ceboa® service. Other than as described in the previous paragraphs, Ceboa® will not sell, rent or otherwise share Customer Information with a third parties. Ceboa® employees or employees of partner companies may view your non-financial account information in order to evaluate, validate, or correct problems with your account, as well as for service purposes, such as technical support. To provide technical support in order to resolve some issue identified by you, Ceboa® employees may review a limited portion of your information, with your permission, to resolve the identified issue.

Your Customer Information on our Service is password-protected. We strongly recommend that you do not give your password to anyone and that you change it periodically. You may edit your Ceboa® account information by using your Ceboa® user ID and password.

This will prevent others from accessing your account and personal information.

Ceboa® will never ask you for your password or any account information in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. You will only be asked for your account ID when you initiate the contact and only if the account ID are necessary to correct a service problem.


How can you update or correct Customer Information?
Customer Information that you provide during registration is available in your Ceboa® online account. To edit your Customer Information, you must enter your email address and password to access your account. You may edit your account information at any time.


How can you cancel your Ceboa® subscription?
You can cancel your Ceboa® subscription by contacting support@Ceboa.com. If you request cancellation of your account, Ceboa® may (but is not required to) remove any and all content and other personal information from the Ceboa® site, and your information may not be accessible to you even if you choose to rejoin or reactivate your account at a later date. Information necessary for the purposes of maintaining business records regarding a cancelled account, including records of credit transactions and account ownership, will be retained in accordance with applicable law.


How do you know if the policies change?
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner that is materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change.
